This article helps you to understand how an interaction is calculated so that you can choose the best plan that suits your business.
Based on the type of tool used, interaction calculation differs:
• Chatbot Interactions
An interaction is counted when a unique visitor clicks on the chatbot(Pop-up and Icon) and opens it, indicating the user's intent to engage with the chatbot for support or information. Importantly, clicking on the minimize button does not count as an interaction.
• Inline Bot Interactions
An interaction is counted when a unique visitor engages with the inline bot by clicking a button or typing in a text box, showing the user's willingness to interact with the bot.
• Form Interactions
An interaction is counted when a unique visitor clicks a button on a form or types in the text box, indicating the user's intent to submit information.
• Popup Interactions
An interaction is counted when a unique visitor clicks a button on a form or types in the text box within a popup, similar to form interactions but specifically within the context of a popup window.
• WhatsApp Conversations
A conversation in the social inbox counts as an interaction, representing a direct engagement with the business through WhatsApp.
• Email Parser
Each E-mail received in the social inbox count as an interaction.
