Invite a team member

Simple steps to invite a team member to your team in your Serviceform account.

The following is a list of the integrations supported by our system, highlighting key features and benefits. Click on any of the below integrations to explore detailed guides and connect the right tools to your system(s).

Native integrations

Adding a new member

1. Head over to the "Teams" page

2. Click on "Invite team members"

3. Fill out the information of the new team member

4. Click "Send invitation"

3. Fill out the information of the new team member (Email Address, Full name, Team, and Role)

Note: If this user already has a Serviceform account, you cannot invite them to your team. If you have any issues regarding this please contact us on support@serviceform.com

Select role: There are 3 types of roles in a team:

  1. Admin -  You cannot assign this role to anyone. And you can edit your team members' roles at any time.
  2. Master - You can assign this role to a team member who will have access to edit member details.
  3. User - You can assign this role to a team member to who you wish to give limited access. By which they will not have access to edit the member details within the team.

4. Click on the Send Invitation button.

An invitation will be sent to the invited team member via email.

Once they accept the invitation, you can see them on your Team’s page :)

Furthermore, you can resend the invitation again as shown below, in case they cannot find the email invitation in their inbox.
