Integrations overview

This article provides an overview of all the integrations.

The following is a list of the integrations supported by our system, highlighting key features and benefits. Click on any of the below integrations to explore detailed guides and connect the right tools to your system(s).

Native integrations

Getting started with Dynamic form

Create a dynamic form within a few minutes and embed it on your own and/ or business website. Dynamic forms can be customized to serve various purposes. Here are a few ways in which Dynamic forms can be customized:

Finding Integrations in the Dashboard

To locate and manage integrations in your Serviceform dashboard, navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> All integrations :

Active integrations

To view your active integrations :

• Editing the active integrations

When editing an integration, you have three options - Basic, Advanced, and Specific:

- Basic

    Change the integration title.

    View the endpoint URL.

    Manage tool selection by adding or removing tools.

    • Select flow type (single flow or all flows).

    • Configure triggers and event selections (this may vary based on the integration type).

- Specific

    • Update the API key and other credentials such as List ID, webhook URL, and any other necessary integration details.

- Advanced

    • Toggle to send an email alert to the owner when a lead is sent.

    • Add email copies to notify additional recipients.

Once you are done, click on Update.

Integration logs

To review integrations logs and recorded events :

Once you're in the Integration Logs section, you'll be able to review the following:

Total Leads

This indicates the total number of leads generated by your tools.

Integrated

Here, you’ll see leads that have been successfully directed to the integrated software. Each lead will display either "Success" or "Error" to indicate the status of the integration.

To be Integrated

This tab shows leads generated before the integration was set up. You can manually select and send these leads to the integrated platform.

Not Integrated

This section lists leads generated by tools that have not yet been integrated.

Integrating your platforms can significantly boost efficiency and ensure seamless communication across your tools.
