Adding videos

Videoform can be equipped with different videos for different elements of the conversational flow. Only the following video formats are supported in Videoform:

MP4, MKV, MOV, AVI, FLV, MPEG-2 TS, MPEG-2 PS, MXF, LXF, GXF, 3GP, WebM, MPG, and QuickTime.

Here's how you can add videos into the flow and get the video's stream ID:

1. Click on flow in your tools builder interface.

2. Add header and subtitle statements to the questions. Alternatively, you can leave them empty if you want the video to be more visible.

3. Enable/ disable the avatar for questions separately.

4. Select an element in the flow to which you want to prefer to add a video and click "Video".

5. Click Upload and select your video. Make sure that the video has 9:16 aspect ratio. You can make use of online video resizing tools to change the aspect ratio.

Make sure to have the video in 9:16 aspect ratio, remove the header text and avatar according to your preference.

You can add videos to the pop up as well. Check out the next article to know more about it.
