In this module explains how you can get support from our team.

You can use the following email to inform the staff about Serviceform bots.

Hi,

We will be implementing Serviceform bots on xx.xx.xxxx at xx

/ soon. Once the platform has been launched, all Live Chat messages will be answered from the Serviceform dashboard (https://dash.serviceform.com/login) or through the Serviceform mobile app.

We have sent all users a registration invite via email. I kindly ask you to register promptly so that we can get the platform up and running as smoothly as possible. Please register through the link in the email to ensure you're directed to the correct team.

For now, registration alone is sufficient. We will notify you separately when the bots go live, and you can start responding to customer messages.

If you are using Single Sign-On (SSO), you can replace the previous registration section with the following message:

You can register for the system at https://dash.serviceform.com/signup by clicking "Continue with Microsoft / Google." Microsoft / Google login will recognize the user's email address.

Once you proceed with the login process, select the option to join the team. Skipping or rejecting this step will create your own account and will not transfer you under the company account. If you accidentally skip this step or reject the request, you can join the team from: https://dash.serviceform.com/join-team. If this still doesn’t work, you can send a message to asiakaspalvelu@serviceform.com, and we will ensure your account is linked to the correct team.
