AgenticSearch for Automotive
The search your dealership deserves.
Trained on real automotive searches, AgenticSearch understands what buyers mean as they type and matches them to your live stock. Add it to your existing website or replace your current search completely.

Serviceform is used by 500+ dealerships
The problem
Your search says “no results”.
Buyers type what they want. Most dealer searches only understand fixed filters. So the buyer sees nothing, or all 1 248 cars. Then they leave.
With AgenticSearch
Every search finds a car.
Same website, same stock. Nothing else on your site changes.
- Understands the buyer’s own words
- Fixes typing mistakes
- Answers questions about service and financing
- Shows similar cars, never an empty page
- Shows you what buyers want that you do not stock
One box. Two kinds of help.
Instant search knows car words in five languages and answers while the buyer is still typing. Press Enter, and the AI reads the whole sentence and answers in one line, like a salesperson who knows the stock.
Instant search while typing
11 cars in 0.2 seconds
Two words become two filters.
AI answer when the buyer presses Enter
We found 11 7-seater SUVs with a tow bar. I recommend the 2026 BMW X5 xDrive45e, which has just 35 km, or the 2022 Skoda Kodiaq 2.0 TDI 4x4 with 71 100 km.
It picks the two it would show first, with the mileage.
Instant search while typing
25 cars in 0.2 seconds
"Mersu" is Finnish slang for Mercedes. "Alle 25k" is a price limit.
AI answer when the buyer presses Enter
Löysimme 25 Mercedes-Benz-autoa, joiden hinnat ovat 8 100 € – 24 800 €. Tarjolla on useita korimalleja A-sarjasta GLC-katumaastureihin. Suosittelen vähän ajettua vuoden 2023 A 180 -mallia, jolla on ajettu 51 900 km.
The buyer wrote in Finnish, so the answer is in Finnish.
Instant search while typing
61 cars in 0.2 seconds
Reads "small" and shows small cars. The rest of the sentence it leaves to the AI.
AI answer when the buyer presses Enter
We found 25 cars suitable for a daily commute. I recommend the 2026 Toyota Yaris 1.5 Hybrid with just 31 km for easy city driving, or the 2026 Polestar 2 Long Range Single Motor with only 3 km if you want an electric option.
It read the whole sentence and narrowed the 61 small cars to 25 that fit a commute.
Instant search while typing
2 cars in 0.2 seconds
Colour and make.
AI answer when the buyer presses Enter
We found two red Volvo estates, priced from €22,290 to €42,190. Both are all-wheel drive, including a 2024 diesel model with 38 900 km and a 2020 plug-in hybrid.
Only two in stock, so it says two. It never pads the answer.
Instant search while typing
No filter
Sees a question, not a car search, so it leaves the results alone.
AI answer when the buyer presses Enter
I do not have that information. Please contact our team, and they will be happy to help you with financing options.
Questions like this go to your knowledge base in Serviceform, the same one your AI agent answers from. The demo dealership has none, so it says so instead of guessing.
Real output from the demo dealership at the top of this page. Instant search took 0.2 seconds, the AI answer a few seconds.
It learns your stock by itself
Makes, models, colours and prices come from your own feed. Nothing to type in.
It answers from your knowledge base
Link the search to your knowledge base in Serviceform: opening hours, financing, trade-ins. Buyers get the same answers your AI agent gives.
It never invents
No match? It says so and shows the closest cars you do have. It only talks about cars that are in your stock.

Questions
What dealers ask us
Short answers. Ask us anything else on the call.

What is AgenticSearch?
It is the search box and the search results page for your dealership website. A buyer writes what they want in normal words, for example "7 seater with a tow bar under 20k". AgenticSearch reads the whole sentence, turns it into filters, and shows the cars in your stock that fit. -
Is the search at the top of this page real?
Yes. It is the real AgenticSearch, connected to a demo dealership with about 1,000 sample cars. The cars, prices and mileage are made up. On your site it searches your own stock. -
Is it only for car dealers?
No. This page is about car sales, but Serviceform AgenticSearch is also made for real estate, education, e-commerce and site search in general. It works from your own listings, whether those are properties, courses or products. -
Do we need a new website?
No. AgenticSearch sits on top of the website you already have. You can add it next to your own search (a box in the navbar or a section on a page), or let it replace your search page. There are plugins for WordPress (with or without Elementor) and Shopify, and an SDK with ready components for React, Vue, Astro and PHP. It also works on dealer website platforms and any other CMS. -
Where does the stock data come from?
From the stock feed you already have. We read feeds from Alkali Websales, Keyloop, CDK Global, Pinewood, incadea, Reynolds and Reynolds and Dealertrack, and any XML or API feed. Stock syncs automatically, so sold cars disappear and new cars appear without any work from you. -
What happens when a buyer searches for a car we do not have?
The buyer sees the closest cars you do have, not an empty page. You see the search in your dashboard under "Wanted, not in stock", so you know what buyers ask for and can stock it. -
How is this different from a chatbot?
A chatbot is a conversation in a small window. AgenticSearch is the search of your site: one box on every page and a full results page with filters. It also answers questions, such as "can I tow a caravan with a hybrid?", but the answer always comes with matching cars from your stock. -
What does it cost?
From €299, $349, £259, CA$479 a month for a small dealership website (one website, one location). We do the setup for you. For dealer groups with several sites or brands, ask us for a price. -
How do we start?
Send us your email with the form on this page, then your website address. We build a demo on your own stock and show it to you in a 15-minute call.
